Carol Sullivan Joins Hillside Homes

NEWBURGH, NY, Dec. 4, 2006... Hillside Homes and Development Corporation has named Carol Sullivan, president of Sullivan & Associates Public Relations, to the position of Communications Director. Sullivan is responsible for all corporate marketing and communications programs for the real estate development firm based in Newburgh.

According to Michael Perez, President of Hillside Homes and Development Corp., Sullivan will provide stewardship over the company's various internal and external communications vehicles. She will work directly with Perez and Michael J. DiTullo, the company's new executive vice president of Hillside Communities.

"Carol will provide valuable guidance as we continue to grow our business in the areas of commercial contracting and traditional neighborhood development" said Perez. "As we build capacity we will remain true to our core principles of quality, value and customer service. Carol will enhance our efforts with her expertise in public relations and marketing."

Before joining the Hillside team, Sullivan has been president of Sullivan & Associates Public Relations, a firm she founded in 1992 in Manhattan and moved to the Hudson Valley in 2002. Prior to the establishment of her own agency, Sullivan was a vice president and division director of a top-ten international public relations firm headquartered in Manhattan.
