New Corporate Park Development Planned In New Windsor

New Windsor, NY Sept. 5, 2007... Hillside Companies has announced planning of a new corporate park development on recently-acquired property in New Windsor. The developer and partner, Silver Stream Properties, are seeking municipal approvals for a 100,000 sq. ft. flex facility to be built on the site.

The 15-acre parcel sits off Silver Stream Road to the northeast of the junction with Route 207 and is bordered on the east by the NYS Thruway. Hillside and Silver Stream Properties also hold an option on a second 25-acre parcel at the end of Silver Stream Road, contiguous with Stewart International Airport , which may ultimately constitute a second phase of the corporate park development totaling 250,000 sq. ft.

According to Hillside's EVP Michael DiTullo, a New Jersey-based high-tech firm in the telecommunications industry has already expressed interest in the property for a new manufacturing and logistics facility which could initially employ fifty people. Since the property is appropriately zoned for the development, the company is anticipating a proficient and expeditious approval and permitting process.
